At the start of the pandemic, people needed one place for every piece of COVID-19 information in North Macedonia, and it had to go from design to live site very fast, with no room for errors or delays.
For a public institution: 10 days of design and data entry, 8 days of corrections and meetings, 4 days of servers, final testing and launch. An installable web app (PWA) with notifications, charts of a public health institute's data, an overview of measures and restrictions, and search through official decrees and documents, including the text inside the PDFs (OCR). Hand-made design so people don't click too much. All content in 3 languages.
A municipal site where citizens write straight to the mayor and councillors, a cross-border tourism portal, and a site for the municipalities that went digital through the LOGES e-services.
