Socio-Ecological Forum Skopje 2021
The Socio-Ecological Forum Skopje 2021 is the first high-level forum organized for the countries of the Western Balkans, connecting regional decision-makers (political parties, institutions, NGOs, and think tanks) to discuss the green future of the region and how to achieve a carbon-neutral, clean future for all.
Clients were Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, Olof Palme International Center, Progress Institute for Social Democracy.
We had just under 30 days for the event organization, complete branding strategy, and public relations.
During the preparatory phase, together with the clients, we established the goals to be achieved and aligned the messages that needed to be communicated to the public and the media.
Because the time was extremely short and the scope of tasks was enormous, the Blink team divided into three teams working in parallel through three phases to fulfill the project:
Teams:
- Design and branding / Website creation team
- Production and organization team
- Public relations team
Phases:
- Pre-production, announcement and branding
- Day of the event
- Post-production, checkout and evaluation
After the teams excellently completed their tasks, in the end, we had an extremely successful event, which physically hosted 70 regional organizations, 2 prime ministers, several MEPs, about 300 guests, of which slightly more than 40 journalists (domestic and foreign). We were followed by more than 40 people on Zoom, while the live broadcasts have more than 10,000 views combined.
During the day of the event and the following day, we achieved more than 150 published media articles related to the event.
About 40 technical staff, marketing personnel, designers, producers, realizers, photographers, videographers, translators, and other professionals were involved in the organization of the event.
