One system built around the site and the work order. The office plans the work orders. Technicians see today's jobs on the web or in a phone app, clock in on site, report what they did and ask for material. The warehouse issues material against those requests and every move is on record. Projects, service tickets, HR leave and the fleet sit around that same spine, and the analytics show how each project is moving. Built on Blinkstrap, our own base for business software.
One system for the field, the office and the warehouse
Custom software for a firm that installs and services security and fire systems. Work orders, technicians, materials and projects in one place, plus a phone app for the field team. Built to replace their Excel sheets.
The problem.
A firm with 30 years of installing and servicing security, video and fire systems, for banks, malls, hotels, factories and public offices across the region. Projects, service calls and staff all ran on Excel sheets. It worked, but nobody could easily see progress per site, how long technicians really spent in the field, or one overview for management.
What we did.
