Skopje Photo Week 2020
Skopje Photo Week was quite a fun challenge for us because it required a quick strategy that could be implemented in a very short time. One month before the event, we fully engaged with strategy, design, and video production, as well as paid social media ads, aiming to inform the Macedonian photo audience about this traditional, but rebranded event.
The challenge was twofold: short time for work, along with the complete rebranding of the event which is well known to the domestic audience. In the strategy, it was crucial to establish the new brand, but also to activate the domestic audience through the prize contest for selecting the best photo.
We consider the ultimate goal achieved, judging by the evaluation of communications: more than 200,000 reached users on Facebook and Instagram, over 1000 photos submitted to the contest, and 130 active participants in the event who watched it live.
