The Socio-Ecological Forum Skopje 2021 was the first high-level forum organized for the Western Balkans, bringing together regional decision-makers (political parties, institutions, NGOs, and think tanks) to discuss the green future of the region and strategies for achieving a carbon-neutral, sustainable future for all.
Our clients were Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, Olof Palme International Center, and the Progress Institute for Social Democracy.
For the event organization, complete branding strategy, and public relations, we had just under 30 days.
During the preparatory phase, we worked closely with the clients to define the objectives they wanted to achieve and align the messages to be communicated to the public and media.
Given the extremely tight timeline and the vast scope of tasks, the Blink team split into three groups working in parallel across three phases to deliver the project:

- Pre-production, announcement, and branding
- Event day
- Post-production, wrap-up, and evaluation
After the teams executed their tasks flawlessly, the event was a resounding success, hosting 70 regional organizations, 2 prime ministers, several Members of the European Parliament, approximately 300 in-person guests, including over 40 journalists (local and international). More than 40 people followed via Zoom, and the live streams collectively garnered over 10,000 views.
During the event day and the following day, we secured over 150 published media articles related to the event.
The event organization involved around 40 technical staff, marketers, designers, producers, implementers, photographers, videographers, translators, and other professionals.
