This project is one of our favorites because it connects our favorite things: entrepreneurship, digitization, and books!
Muza is a new and small publishing house that aims to focus on online sales in today’s highly digitized and homebound society (corona). The challenge was to create a fast and modern e-commerce website that would grow from selling a dozen books to several hundred.
Goals:
- Responsive website design with an e-shop
- Integration of online card payments
- Backend for managing shipments and products
- Easy addition of new products, discounts, promotions…
- Grouping multiple products into gift boxes

During the design, it was crucial to highlight the books and gift boxes, ensuring Muza’s products take center stage.
The goal of the user experience is to enable fast and secure purchasing, as well as easy browsing of the books and seamless transaction completion.
Transactions do not require creating a user profile, and payment processing is handled through cPay.
Overall, this is an example of a modern e-bookstore that enables direct sales to end customers, with home delivery and full customer control over their system—a literal replica of what a physical store means in an e-commerce format.
